You guys are good!!!

I sold two books to Samhain Publishing - mailed the contracts out yesterday.

Hopped over from Jill's blog after reading your comment. First, congratulations Dennie!!

The reason I came here is I knew we had to be in the same drought ridden area - and we are. I'm in Dallas. Finfrock, Miller and such say rain soon - I'm not holding my breath.

HI EVE! thanks for hopping over and thanks for the congrats - I am so excited!

Every day that they say it will rain the next it is pushed back a day - we've been watering the lawn in hopes... maybe they should have a metroplex wide car wash - surely that would make it rain =)

I think we should all gather on Troy Duncan's lawn and do a Hopi rain dance. *g*

LOL! You grab the costumes and I'll get the directions =)

I don't know about the Star-Telegram, but the Morning News headline this morning was that they (meteorologist, not the reporters) think the drought will go on into the summer. The city is already talking about water restrictions - damn, there goes those half-nekkid cabana boy pool parties I was planning. ;-)

Guess I'd better stop procrastinating - I see there are comments on my blog - they actually think I need to talk to them? *gg*

Thanks Bonnie!

I did my happy dance for a couple of hours on Wedensday - and haven't really stopped to take a breath - though Spare+1 w/ pink eye, a rash and strep throat has slowed me some =)
