I Wonder
I have been wondering, do you think if you are creative in one venue are you also inclined to be creative in another? Since my computer went belly up, I have been on craft over drive. I started a quilt, taught myself how to knit and have 1/3 of a scarf and have done 3 or 4 projects with the kiddoes. Is this typical behavior?

I can't help but wonder if you can only be crafty in only one area. It seems like all the writers I know also have another form of crafting they do.

As I have had a lot of time on my hands to ponder life and it's mysteries this was one that got stuck in my brain while I knit one purl two.

I know I do. I love doing different craft projects and my latest is scrapbooking. I recently fixed up the neatest area to do my scrapbooking and will go there and work on it and get inspired for other projects or ideas for my writing.

I realized, too, my mother was crafty - and in completely different ways than I am. She is a graphic artist by trade (now) but I don't think either of us have ever done the same type of craft and we have both covered a wide field.

hmm - it must be in the genes!

Absolutely. You might not think of it as crafty cuz it's on the computer but doign websites is. Also..I personally consider baking crafty *ggg*
