Sickies and such
S’Okay the brown-headed boy and I are sick. Sheesh! We got it from the Heir apparent. And who knows where he got it from…

BUT… I have had so much creativity going the last day and a half. What’s up with that? My ideas as just rolling like crazy! And some of the scenes are crystallizing!

A while back, I wrote one of my best scenes (okay I admit…it was a sex scene) while I had a 101 temperature. For some reason creativity seems to flow when I am at my must vulnerable physically. (Did I mention the young one stayed awake until well after midnight last night, so not only am I sick, but I am exhausted to boot!)

And my eye is acting up worse than ever. The doctor (Yes, I went to the doctor) could find absolutely nothing wrong with it. He said it was healthy with no apparent cause to the blurriness that I have been experiencing for months. I am now scheduled with a specialist on 5/20 – he is that busy that I have to wait that long to see him. (pardon the pun!)

But I shall press on – I mean, if a friend of mine can be in a car accident and break her elbow and ribs (she’s fine now – thanks for asking) and continue to write stellar material, surely I can sure write through a cold and blurred vision! I have written several pages on two different books. One is a regency and one a contemporary so it is easy to keep them separated!
