School's Out for the Summer
Yesterday was the last day of school

We are going to go see Pirates of the Carribean 3 today . . . . WAHOO!

. . . . and after that, I think I will be hiding in my room for the next three months—we've already had a couple of minor squabbles and bloodshed—though that was all on the one child who flipped himself off his bike on the way home from school Wednesday! (he's one big scab right now...)

I will be trying to finish up a book to pitch for the editor AND agent appointments I have at National Conference in a little over a month—I am excited and nervous as hell!
